Printing Issues in Windows 8

It has been brought to my attention that currently has compatibility issues while printing in Windows 8 Metro mode.  Microsoft has disabled a critical ActiveX control that is required for printing coupons while Windows 8 is configured in Metro mode.  This is a cross-browser issue, meaning that printing functionality will not work in any browser.  To fix this issue, you must exit Metro mode and enter Windows classic mode.  To exit Metro mode, simply click on the Desktop tile.  This will return you to a normal Windows 7 style desktop.  Once in classic mode, you can print from any browser as you normally would.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
